General information:

All pieces are handmade without a pottery wheel, so slight differences are to be expected between the same products. No two are identical and have their own qualities that give each piece its unique and unrepeatable character.

Are the pieces food safe? Can they be put in the dishwasher?

Unless otherwise stated in product description, pieces that are part of tableware or kitchen items are food safe and can be put in the dishwasher. My pieces are designed for daily use, so these two factors are essential.

In the case of pieces such as pots, vases, etc… it will be specified in the product description if they are not food or dishwasher safe (in case you decide to use a pot as a breakfast bowl, who knows!).

Shipping:

Shipping costs are calculated according to weight and destination. Upon checkout specify your address and they will be calculated automatically using these two parameters.

Delivery time is usually 1-2 weeks from the day the order is placed. I always do my best to ship fast, but if you need to have a more precise estimation of delivery time, send me an email and I’ll get back to you.

Through the web I only ship within Europe, but if you need to check rates for shipping elsewhere, do not hesitate to send me an email to alejandra@demarotuer.com

RETURNS:

From the day it was received, you have 15 working days to return your purchase. Drop me an email to alejandrademaortua@gmail.com for further details. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer and if the return arrives broken or damaged, the order cannot be refunded.

Cancellations:

If your order hasn’t shipped, it can be cancelled and your money will be returned in the same form of payment in which the purchase was made. If the order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

My order has arrived broken:

Oh no!!! Please send me photos and detailed information to alejandra@demarotuer.com within 24 hours of delivery so I can do everything possible to prevent it from happening again. In this case, I can refund your money or send you another item if I have it available.
